Terms & Conditions

These terms concern Royal Roots Project LLC's appointment communications. They do not replace a separate coaching agreement. The SMS service is pending registration and technical activation.

SMS Terms: Royal Roots coaching appointment messages

Our planned, optional text messaging program supports life-coaching appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling replies and relevant meeting follow-up. It does not include promotional broadcasts. We obtain and document your affirmative verbal permission before sending texts. You do not have to agree to SMS to receive coaching.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your appointments and requests. We plan two reminders per eligible appointment: one the day before and one one hour before, including the meeting link when applicable. Scheduling conversations and relevant follow-ups may add messages. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's charges depend on your plan.

Opt out and get help

Once the service is active, reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. We will stop future messages and may send a final opt-out confirmation. To resume, we need a valid new opt-in through the supported process.

Appointments and delivery

A text requesting a new time does not change your appointment until the authorized calendar change is confirmed. Reminders are a convenience; confirm your current appointment details with Royal Roots if a message is missing or unclear. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use this messaging service for emergencies.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes the information used for appointment communications and SMS consent. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
