Privacy Policy

This policy covers Royal Roots Project LLC's coaching appointment communications and planned SMS service. The SMS service is pending registration and technical activation.

Information used for appointment communications

We use information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, appointment details and communication preferences, to respond to inquiries and help arrange your coaching meetings. For text messaging, we also keep a record of whether and how you consented and whether you have opted out. Messages you send us and delivery records may be used to respond and maintain the service.

How we use this information

With your permission, we use your mobile number for appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and relevant meeting follow-up. Our planned reminders are one the day before an appointment and one one hour before, with a meeting link when applicable. We do not treat an existing relationship or appointment as permission to text.

SMS consent and sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service providers that help operate our communications, scheduling and hosting may process the information needed to provide those services on our behalf. This operational processing does not permit use of SMS consent or mobile information for their own marketing. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or to protect the security of the service.

Your choices

Texting is optional. You can decline SMS and still receive coaching. When the SMS service is active, reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance. You can also contact us by email to withdraw permission, update contact information or ask about your records. A withdrawal applies to future messages; we retain the minimum suppression information needed to honor it.

Privacy and records

We limit access to client contact and consent records to authorized people and service providers supporting the relevant work. We keep records for the period needed to provide services, document permission, honor opt-outs and meet applicable obligations. Please do not send sensitive coaching histories, passwords or financial details by ordinary SMS. Internet and telephone communications cannot be guaranteed completely secure.
